It’s time for the 3rd Annual Xmas Expo! Four sims full of SL Christmas excitement!
Supported by the crew who brings The Xmas Expo and Back to the 50′s Weekend to Secondlife, with many volunteers from SL’s RFL Volunteer group, this Expo will feature some fun special events, lots of shops full of great gifts and treasures and amazing Holiday splendor to 4 regions.

Please read through the Merchant Guidelines before registering to be in the Xmas Expo. Registrations are on a first come, first served basis and the Expo is expected to fill up quickly! Register NOW to avoid being left out!

STEPS TO REGISTERING FOR THE XMAS EXPO:
1. Complete the form below in its entirety
2. Send full entry fee, in Second Life, to avatar: expos4americancancer resident. The amount is indicated on the form and is determined by the size space you are reserving.
3. Send your full permed logo (512×512) to expos4americancancer resident. NOTE: Please make sure your logo is named with your business name, so we can easily locate it when searching inventory.

What happens next? Once all the information on the form (below) is completed, and payment and logo are received, a XMAS EXPO Representative will send you a confirmation receipt in SL and an invitation to the group. Please be sure you accept notices in the group. Exhibitor Packets, space assignments, map, etc will all be distributed via the group notice.
NOTE: The Event coordinator will check the payment account daily, but please allow up to 1 day for your confirmation card and group invite to arrive, due to the differences in time zones.

Your registration is not considered to be complete until payment and your business logo has been received and a confirmation receipt has been sent to you.
The Xmas Expo coordinator reserves the right to refund entry fee and deny a registration if it is necessary, per policy and requirements.

Once registrations are accepted and the confirmation is sent, the entry fee is no longer refundable.

  • 1 Ad in the Sponsor Directory Sign at 4 of the community areas in the Expo

  • ★ Exclusive Sponsorship on one Sim. That sim renamed (in About Land info) to “Sponsored By: Your Company” for the duration of the Expo. (10am SLT Dec. 5 to 10am Dec. 15, 2013)
